About The Author

Commercial Property Investor and expert, Kirsty, is a Chartered Surveyor by trade, and got started in property in 1999, working for blue chip companies like Boots, CBRE and Hammerson. Her professional career has focussed on acquiring and asset managing commercial property to maximise value, where she’s been responsible for shopping centres, high streets, office parks and industrial estates. 

With a broad range of property and business experience, and having led teams and managed multimillion pound commercial property portfolios, in 2016 Kirsty decided to start her own consultancy and build her own portfolio of commercial property investments.

Having started with just £10,000 in cash, Kirsty’s gone on to build a £3million commercial property portfolio (leveraging other people’s money), and has taught hundreds of others how to strategically and effectively invest in commercial property.
